Having grown up in numerous countries I was lucky enough to try many types of foods from a very young age.
Passionate about food and traveling I went on to study International Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Surrey in the UK, where I quickly joined the Food & Wine Society.
I was lucky to start my career in a beautiful Parisian palace, where each time I would walk by the kitchens, I would be fascinated by the food it produced.
In 2008, with my sister and father’s input, I founded a translation service website mainly specialized in menu translations: www.menu-alacarte.com
After 4 years of building this business I consider myself lucky. Through the various translations I produce I get to discover various dishes, recipes and techniques that often inspire me in my daily cooking.
